*One road, two keys: AI does the legwork, people decide and accept.*

*A trusted visitor reports it, in place, with the exact version they saw.*

*AI triages and suggests solutions; a human decides and picks what travels.*

## Why teams ask for it

People report problems in chats, emails and screenshots. Some get fixed, some get lost, and fixed
ones return a month later.

## What it does

One road from a finding to production, with AI doing the legwork and people holding both keys:
the decision and the acceptance.

1. **A trusted visitor reports** from inside the app, with the exact version they were looking at.
2. **AI triages and suggests solutions,** grouping duplicates and proposing options.
3. **A human decides** what to fix, and what context is shared.
4. **AI builds and tests the fix,** with a test named after the finding.
5. **A human reviews and accepts** the change.
6. **A mechanical workflow (CI/CD) brings it to production,** the same way every time.

Two human gates, one mechanical road. Nothing reaches your people that nobody accepted, and a fixed
problem can't quietly come back.

## Where it stands

In production use across many different applications. In its first four weeks on a real product, 107
findings were recorded, and 64 are already resolved and have their own regression tests, and reliability
was strengthened with 572 checks in total.

- **Maturity**: Client-proven
- **Built for**: Built for our own delivery work; joining BlueCMS next.
- **Asked for**: The same bugs keep coming back, and our testers' reports get lost in chats and emails.
