About
Since 2003 across startups, established companies and a unicorn, now building AI-enabled systems for businesses that want to grow.
George Papaefthymiou, founder
In technology since 2003, when it all started with ECDL, the European Computer Driving Licence. From startups like Lenses and Centaur, to established Greek companies like airtickets and Tripsta, to Celonis, a multi-billion unicorn. That range covers very different company trajectories, sizes and visions: the scramble of a first product, the discipline of scale, and the hard work of change.
George was proudly part of two teams that drove a company acquisition, and of teams that integrated acquired companies operationally and technically.
Along the way: writing open-source code since 2013, running Docker since 2014 and teaching it soon after, cloud-native platforms with Kubernetes and Kafka, developer-experience platform engineering, hiring engineers, and integrating CRMs with ERPs.
Blue Unlimited Lab
Today that experience goes into building AI-enabled systems, with people and AI agents working together and experienced engineers owning the architecture, the reviews and the release. We work with small and mid-sized businesses in travel, retail, wellbeing and culture, in Greek and English.
We also run what we recommend: our own travel brand, our own infrastructure, and our own tools are the first users of everything in The Lab Kit.
Open about AI
Every AI-generated change in our work is labelled and reviewed. Sites built with our AI Assistant say so in their footer.
We build your product with the Lab Method. It is what lets us plan a first phase at about half the conventional effort.
Your team learns to work this way through AI Workshops.
We set the method up in your own repositories with Lab Launchpad, plus the agents and skills that run it.
