What we measure
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view and the calls to action you click (which door, item and button), together with your language. We use it to tune the copy. We do not use it for advertising, and Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
Cookies and retention
Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> in your browser. Event data is kept for 14 months and then deleted.
Before you choose
Until you accept, no Google script is loaded and nothing is sent. If you decline, it stays that way. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days.
Changing your mind
Use "Privacy settings" in the footer to accept or decline again. Declining stops measurement at once and removes the Google Analytics cookies.
The enquiry form: what we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, your email address and your message. Together with it we record the page you sent it from, the door, item and button you came through, your language, and the record of your consent (when you gave it and which version of the wording). We collect nothing else. The form does not store your IP address: it is held in memory for a few minutes only, to limit how many enquiries one visitor can send, and is never written to the email or to HubSpot. Separately, as on any website, the web server and the network that delivers the site (Cloudflare) keep technical access logs, which include IP addresses, for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.
The enquiry form: what happens to it
The enquiry is sent as an email to [email protected]. We also create a contact and a note with your message in HubSpot, the CRM we use; HubSpot is a third-party service that processes the data for us. If your address is already a contact in HubSpot, the form never changes that contact; the note is only added to it.
Why, and on what basis
We use your enquiry only to answer it and to follow up on it. The basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for at most one year, in the mailbox and in HubSpot, and we delete it earlier when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it; you can withdraw your consent; and you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). To use any of these, write to [email protected].
No other tracking, no selling
Apart from the optional Google Analytics above, this site has no other trackers. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
