Actually needed
Parents who could find the workshop, a site the owner could keep current without help, privacy for children's photos, and a way to grow beyond school students.
What we built
A rebuilt multi-site website, the AI Website Assistant (send photos, it publishes, with location data stripped), a search and AI-search audit and fixes, ads aimed at trial lessons, a results dashboard, and a strategy for art parties, adults and tourism.
What changed
Live since October 2026. The site now updates from a photo drop, and the workshop speaks to parents, children and new audiences in their own terms.
