Knowledge out of one person's head, safe access, real backups, early warning when something fails, and a way off fragile legacy scripts.
What we built
A register of every system and daily flow, all live scripts under version control, a shared password vault, device monitoring with alerts, a plain-language findings report for the owners, and the Control Room back office replacing legacy scripts one by one, in order of real use.
What changed
Around fifteen legacy reports already run in the new back office, and device problems raise alerts.
