Actually needed
As a fresh player in an established market: a credible shop window, an end to manual bookings and paperwork, and a way to turn visitors into a community.
What we built
A bilingual site with events, booking synced to each facilitator's calendar, online payments, and how-to videos for the owners. In scoping for 2026: a funnel with a free opt-in, nurture emails, a paid course with a live session, and a report on what each client costs.
What changed
Clients now book and pay online, in place of bookings taken by hand. The 2025 work was signed off, and the growth plan is in scoping.
